Do you offer sales demos?
No. We don't generally offer a pre-sales demo. Nor do we require them as some other companies do. We find that they are not an effective use of time. Most customers are impatient to just try our integration for themselves and don't want the hassle of having to meet first. If you do have any implemention questions that you believe a demo would solve, then please use our "Contact Us" form and explain what you're looking for.
Are there setup/onboarding charges?
No. Our pricing is a simple, monthly charge per user. We have the above types available. We do not charge until after 14 days to make sure that you are happy.
Are there any hidden, variable or overage changes?
No. Our pricing is a simple, monthly charge per user. If you change your subscription quantity (up or down) during the month, then the change will be prorated for the remainder of the month.
Do you offer free trials?
Yes. Users can trial Call Sights for 14 days with no obligation. In fact, we put all users onto an initial 14 day trial. This is because we want users to be sure that they are happy before charges start.
How do I cancel a subscription?
At this time, you will need to send us an email to cancel. We're sorry that you can't simply do it yourself without our involvement. We're not trying to make it difficult for you. It's just the way that it is for now, for technical reasons. If you want to leave, get in touch and we'll part ways as friends.
What if I am not happy? What if the software doesn't do what I need?
We understand that the Call Sights software will not meet everyone's needs. Please use the first, free 14 day period to evaluate the software. We like to keep things simple. You are not locked in for any long period. So if Call Sights no longer meets your needs, then please cancel the subscription and we'll part as friends.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
No, we do not offer discounts for annual billing. The accounting for annual billing is more complex, so we're already offering you our best price for monthly payments.
Do you offer a discount for a large number of users?
Generally, no, though this situation may change in time. At the moment, the complexity of delivering volume discounts has prevented us doing it at this time.
